Are We Slaves? Fantastic Fest pick ‘THE CONSPIRACY’ releases a trailer
Michael & I leave at midnight tonight and start our 14 hour drive into madness and film euphoria that is Fantastic Fest. Stay tuned throughout the week as we will have reviews for Frankenweenie, Looper, American Mary, Antiviral, Red Dawn and others. Among these more well known or heard of films there lies the indies. One independent film that I have had my eye on is the film called The Conspiracy. The film stars Aaron Poole, who is in Rodrigo Gudino’s (Publisher of Rue Morgue Magazine) debut film The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Leigh, and James Gilbert as a pair of documentary filmmakers who are researching into conspiracy theories until their main subject ends up missing, plunging them down the rabbit hole further.
Ain’t It Cool debuted the poster & the trailer earlier today and this film has be even more intrigued. It looks & feels very smart and even poses some great things inside the trailer – mainly the last line about people who were trying to conquer the world. Look for a review on this one in the weeks to come.
