Late Nite Grindhouse Presents: ‘THE BURNING’

August is the month where summer ends for the kiddies. Some of our attendees are back home from out of state colleges so why not do a summer camp film? While there are plenty to choose from, I think The Burning is one of the best – if not the best. Featuring special effects from Tom Savini, The Burning is a classic horror film that some of you haven’t seen before. See a young George Constanza (yeah, we know that isn’t the actor’s name), Holly Hunter & the guy from Short Circuit & The Plague from Hackers.

Synopsis

A former summer camp caretaker, horribly burned from a prank gone wrong, lurks around an upstate New York summer camp bent on killing the teenagers responsible for his disfigurement.
